A bit more about Me
I made the decision to qualify as a Counsellor after receiving positive life changing counselling for myself many years ago.
Having been brought up in Snowdonia walking and sailing I always worked in nature for the National Trust and Local Authority, completed a Geography degree and decided I would like to incorporate the natural world and its therapeutic benefits into my counselling and wellbeing work.
Creativity is just something I’ve always needed to do, from drawing, to craft, to my garden and house to problem solving, its part of my life.
I enjoy lake and sea swimming, walking and travelling for inspiration and a break.
I enjoy my work.
